No matter where you are coming from, all of
us do share same emotions and the ways we feel those are the same. You all can
be very energetic and seeing things positively when you feel good and having
positive happy emotions resulting a great nice day with cheerful moods.
Similarly we all become grumpy and upset when we feel very low and negative
about circumstances. Emotions, or series of chemical reactions happening with
our brain and body….can we control it? Can we train our brains in a way to not
to “feel” anything?
I
guess the answer is YES!!! If we can realize being emotional is a temporal
thing that prevails for a short duration (till the end these chemical
reactions), it would help us in longer term to lead a healthy life too. As you
may know the negative feelings lead to having negative effects on the health. Yet,
the question remaining is, why is it so difficult to realize about these short
term mind & body changes? Why can´t we train our brain to deal with these
chemical changes easily by forgetting those and move on?
